Join an actor to hear about the lives and works of the city’s most famous authors. We tell the story of Irish writers and entertain you with selections from their works. The tour is packed with humour, anecdote and information about Joyce, Beckett, Shaw, Yeats, Heaney, Wilde, but not forgetting the ‘moderns’ like Paula Meehan, Eavan Boland and Brendan Kennelly.
The guide will explain the contours and contradictions of Dublin’s history from the writer’s viewpoint.
